Wire Harness

This assembly integrates a full 22Pin SATA device connector with a separate 7Pin SATA data plug and a 4Pin power header, allowing both signal and power to be routed from a controller board to a drive using one compact wire cable set. The flat red SATA cable carries high-speed electronic data, while twisted yellow, red and black power wires deliver stable DC output to the drive's power terminals.

The device-side connector includes mounting ears for secure fixation to brackets or metal frames, helping to protect the pins against vibration in rack-mount server or industrial applications. The 4Pin female housing mates with standard low-pitch PCB connectors, making it easy to pull power from custom boards instead of a traditional PSU harness. Multiple options are available for wire gauge, cable length, connector pitch and labeling to support OEM customization for storage, networking, DVR and light automotive electronics.
